Turkey Salad Melts
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 cups diced cooked turkey
- 1 Tbsp. fat-free or light mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 Tbsp. sweet pickle relish
- 4 slices sourdough bread, toasted
- 1 cup (4 oz.) Sargento® ChefStyle Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese
Directions
- Combine turkey, mayonnaise, mustard and pickle relish in medium bowl.
- Spread turkey mixture over toasted bread. Place on foil-lined baking sheet; top with cheese. Place under preheated broiler 4 inches from heat; broil 2 minutes or until cheese is melted.
