Greek Island Salad
Ingredients
- 6 cups (10 oz.) salad greens
- 4 slices Sargento® Deli Style Sliced Provolone Cheese, cut into strips
- 3 plum tomatoes, diced
- 1/2 cup cucumber
- 1/3 cup pitted black or kalamata olives, halved
- 1/2 cup Italian or Caesar salad dressing
- Pepper (optional)
- Croutons (optional)
Directions
- Combine salad greens, cheese, tomatoes, cucumber and olives in large bowl.
- Add dressing to salad mixture; toss. Transfer to four serving plates. Top with pepper and croutons, if desired.
