Cheesy Microwave Meatloaf

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup milk
- 16 saltine crackers, crushed
- 1 lb. ground beef chuck
- 1-1/2 cups (6 oz.) Sargento® Fancy Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese, divided
- 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 egg
- 1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
- 1/3 cup ketchup
Directions
- Combine milk and crackers in large bowl; let stand 5 minutes. Add ground beef, 1 cup cheese, onion, Worcestershire sauce, egg and pepper; mix well.
- Place an inverted glass (2-1/2 to 3-inches in diameter) in center of shallow microwave-safe 9-inch pie plate. Form meat mixture around glass in ring shape. Spread ketchup over meat mixture. Cover loosely with waxed paper. Microwave on HIGH 12 minutes or until internal temperature of meat reaches 160°F.
- Remove glass from meat loaf; top with remaining 1/2 cup cheese. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
