Ingredients

  • 2 tsp. Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise
  • 2 slices multi-grain or sourdough bread, lightly toasted
  • 1 large red leaf or romaine lettuce leaf
  • 3 slices crisply cooked bacon*
  • 2 slices fresh tomato
  • 4 thin slices ripe avocado (optional)
  • 1 to 2 slices Sargento® Deli Style Sliced Sharp Provolone Cheese

Directions

  1. Spread mayonaise over toasted bread. Layer lettuce, bacon, tomato and, if desired, avocado over one slice bread. Top with cheese; close sandwich.

Helpful Tips

  • *To quickly cook bacon, place bacon on a folded paper towel; top with another paper towel. Cook in microwave oven 1-1/2 to 2 minutes or until bacon is crisp.
