Combine biscuit mix, cheese, sugar and cloves in large bowl. Combine 1/2 cup relish, milk, butter and egg in medium bowl. Add liquid to dry ingredients, stirring just until dry ingredients are moistened.
Lightly grease two baking sheets. Drop batter by level 1/3 cup measure onto baking sheets 2 inches apart. Bake in preheated 375°F oven 20 minutes or until golden brown.
For glaze, combine confectioners sugar, relish and enough milk to make a drizzling consistency. Transfer muffin tops to cooling rack placed over a sheet of wax paper; drizzle glaze over muffin tops. Serve warm or at room temperature.
