Panini Three Ways for Game Day

Ingredients
  • ROAST BEEF PANINI
  • 2 slices rustic white bread
  • 2 slices Sargento® Sliced Provolone Cheese
  • 3 oz. sliced deli roast beef
  • 1/3 cup assorted bell peppers and onions sliced
  • 1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • VEGETABLE PANINI
  • 2 slices wheat bread
  • 2 slices Sargento® Sliced Garlic & Herb Jack Cheese
  • 2 slices Sargento® Sliced Colby-Jack Cheese
  • 1/2 cup sliced assorted veggies (mushrooms, spinach, tomato)
  • 1 Tbsp. pesto
  • TURKEY & CHEDDAR PANINI
  • 2 slices marble rye bread
  • 2 slices Sargento® Sliced Sharp Cheddar Cheese
  • 2 oz. sliced deli smoked turkey breast
  • 2 oz. sliced deli smoked ham
  • 2 slices fresh red tomato
  • 1 Tbsp. mustard
Directions
  1. Cook in a preheated panini maker or well-oiled waffle iron 3 minutes or until golden brown and cheese is melted. (Or, cook in a large nonstick skillet 3 minutes per side.)
