Ingredients
  • 2 slices whole grain bread
  • 1/8 cup prepared hummus, original flavor
  • 3 thin slices beefsteak tomato
  • 1/4 cup baby spinach leaves or shredded lettuce
  • 6 thin slices red onion
  • 5 thin slices cucumber
  • 2 slices Sargento® Tomato & Basil Jack Cheese
Directions
  1. Spread 1 tablespoon hummus on each bread slice. Layer tomato, lettuce, red onion, cucumber and cheese slices on bread. Close sandwich.
