These crunchy eggrolls are filled with flavors for the holidays. Smoked turkey, fresh cranberries, chopped walnuts and rosemary and plenty of Sargento® Creamery Sliced Pepper Jack and Baby Swiss Natural Cheese is rolled into eggroll wrappers, then air fried until golden brown.

Directions
1. Pre-heat a large air fryer to 400 degrees.
2. Place one eggroll wrapper on a clean surface. Brush all edges with cool water.
3. Place 2 quarters of cheese in the middle of the eggroll wrapper. Place a folded piece of turkey over the cheese. Top with 1 tablespoon of cranberries, a pinch of brown sugar and a sprinkle of rosemary. Place two more quarter slices of cheese on top.
4. Fold the bottom half up over the filling, then fold the other half over the other, pressing the edges lightly to seal. Fold one of the sides into the center, then brush a small amount of water on the remaining edge. Fold into the middle and press lightly to seal. It should resemble a square. Brush a small amount of oil carefully over entire surface of the square. Set aside. Repeat with remaining eggroll wrappers and filling. Brush all the eggroll squares with oil and place in an air fryer basket.
5. Place eggroll squares in the air fryer basket and fry for 5 minutes. Turn eggrolls and fry an additional 5 minutes or until golden brown. Transfer to a plate or platter and serve.
6. Note: There are many different sizes of air fryers. If all of the eggroll squares do not fit in the air fryer basket, do them in two batches.
